Re: LOW FPS RTX 3070

A GPU doesn't make or break the FPS you receive. Please make sure that your PC is strong enough to be able to handle the 3070. CPU, PSU, and a motherboard that are compatible with each other are a good start. Double check that everything is stable and you have no bottle necks (Strong GPU but weak CPU).
If this is not the case then it sounds like it would be a setting issue, verify that you have settings on low, as this will give off the best FPS. The game will not have to process as much detail. If your settings are already on the lowest settings, follow up with all PC updates, driver updates, cpu chipset updates (if you have not done so already.)
Also check if you have a 60hz monitor or a 120/144+ Hz Monitor. a 60hz monitor will only be able to output 60FPS.
Try some of these and let me know if your problem has been resolved.
