Re: Missing all of my skins

Hi @lILANESII

Can you double-check the skins tab and see what shows up there atm? 

  1. Go to the Loadout tab.
  2. Click the Skins tab.
  3. If you have an Heirloom or Prestige item, you’ll see it in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
  4. Check Equip to use it in-game.

Heirloom or Prestige items appear with an Equip checkbox in the Skins tab from your Loadout.

  • I never had an heirloom, I’m missing all my skins that I’ve bought, everything I owned from previous battle passes is also gone, I have nothing

    Ok, if you're missing content you purchased, please talk to one of our advisors via phone, chat, or email so they can take a look into it for you. You can reach them through:

    • Twitter - Select the message icon to get assistance 
    • Facebook - You can select the 'send message' option on the accounts home page

  • @EA_LannaHi, I am still missing my reactive devotion skins from the season 9 battle pass. I know they were removed for a bug a while ago but I still haven’t received them back. I have made numerous attempts to contact for help but haven’t received any. I bought those skins with real money…
