Same thing happened to me right now. My three packs are gone and I cant find them now 

I had this same issue just now, I lost the three packs and my coins didn’t come back

same thing happened to me I bought the 4 pack I opened 1 backed out and the rest disappeared not sure what happened.

Thank you for the posts.

To clarify, you have not lost any packs or items, though we are aware of a situation where the additional packs will automatically be opened if you exit that pack opening interface during the process.

You'll be able to see how many event items have been collected before and after opening the packs and note the counter tracks this properly even if those were opened in the background.

In this situation the remaining packs were just opened in the background but you have still received the items, apologies for the confusion here.

You should be able to go through your collection to see what else was picked up from the remaining packs that weren't opened manually. 

I haven’t received my last 3 final fantasy y rewards, how do I go about this, I turned off my console and everything…

RE: EA answer i`m pretty sure i did not get my other 2 packs or if i did i got standard pack prizes can someone check this?

firstly, I have been trying to contact EA about the same and you guys didn't reply at all secondly, please fix this issue, this shows how much you care about the community and people around you, and secondly, no it doesn't show me the rest of the pack's items I got and they didn't get opened immediately, I had 5 packs in total (1 free + 4 bought )  and I got only two legendary or the green one (1 free and 1 brought which I opened) while the rest were not opened and lost.

Even if they were opened, I would have 5 legenders or the green ones right? 

Two cases - 

No.1 ) ea is scamming people of getting a guaranteed legendary on the 4-pack

No.2 ) the three packs actually got lost and were never opened and I am actually getting scammed

Either way this show how much you care about the community, I am 100% confident that I should have 5 legendary or greens rather than having just 5 items collected in total, its totally the 3 packs went missing,

To clarify, are you saying that you've opened 5 packs total, and received two legendary items and a green (iconic) item?

Your event item tracker is showing 5 items collected, but you're not seeing 5 legendary/iconic items, is that the issue?

Edit: Fortunately after taking a look, you don't appear to be missing anything. All your packs were opened and the items received. You've certainly received the guaranteed legendary as well as a couple more.

Of the 5 event packs, you received:

3 Legendary items - Bocek, 301, and Nemesis skins

6 Epic items - Charge Rifle skin, shared character frame, Mad Maggie skin, sticker pack, Bocek skin, holospray

6 Rare items - Volt, Charge Rifle skins, Conduit quip, Conduit skin, Caustic pose, Crypto frame

This for a total of 15 items, which is 5 packs.

This matches the rest of the cases here, where the packs are being opened in the background if that interface is left.

That is certainly not ideal, but you have not missed out on any of the items or packs.

Yeah pretty sure we did not get these, the tracker is not updating. 

EA_Mako - this is incorrect, we don't have them. I'll be disputing this charge.

I was prompted to check out this thread for my issue and this does not answer any questions I opened 5 event packs and only have 9/36 items - should be 15. What's more concerning is not the fact that I was redirected to 6 different employees at EA, but the fact that one of the event packs gave me items that were not even part of the event. I can understand that there are system errors that occur in any digital platform but this is ridiculous. I am sure I am not the only one experiencing issues but this needs to be resolved and addressed more efficiently - not bounced from one representative to another.
