Is it possible there's another account that has the Bangalore heirloom?

Looking back at your platforms prior to the merge, I do see Bloodhound, Mirage, and Rampart's heirlooms on the Xbox account and no heirlooms on the PC account.

I do see an additional heirloom on the account since then, but Bangalore's doesn't appear to have been present on any connected accounts here. 

I am missing everything from my Xbox account when I merged to my ps5 why? I thought cosmetics I bought and earned would cross over but absolutely nothing has. 

The same thing happened to me. I merged my pa5 account to my Xbox but only my ps5 stuff transferred to the Xbox. The original content that I had before the merge disappeared. I’m pretty mad because I had a wraith heirloom and now it’s gone. Can someone one help us with this problem???

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.

There is not a way to transfer progress from one EA account to another, so if you've lost progress you would need to re-link your platform back to its original EA account to try recovering it.

Ok, so after cross progression was announce I was ecstatic because I had been waiting for cross progression since apex released. However, when my Xbox account (My original account) and my Pc account merged, none of my cosmetics, coins, season badges, levels, or even unlocked legends transfered over to merge into one account. And I thought I was a fluke so I tried to login to apex on my xbox and since they "merged" none of my cosmetics on my xbox are there any more. And my Xbox account and my PC account were always linked to that same EA account. What do I do now. Are all of my cosmetics on my xbox aacount gone forever now? And what about the hundreds of dollars I spend on that account?
