3 years agoRe: Not receiving Twitch Drops despite connected account
Hey @skandi007,
Have you had a chance to go through these steps to double-check that the correct account is linked?
We're unable to review or make any changes to your account on the forums, however if you're still missing content please be sure to contact support so they can take a look over the account.
Do note these are fairly time limited and at this time the team would only be able to assist with current or very recent drops.
If you're still missing older drops as well please head over to the bug report section to create a topic so we can gather some additional information about the situation, thanks.
