1: account having error 104 is under thirteen. my account is adult and works just fine.
2: Yes, using two consoles on the same network (mine is wired, child is wireless.)

What if my account is an adult account an still gives me 104?
I got the same error with my son's account (it's under 13). I have it downloaded to both of my Xboxs. My main adult account connected fine. I got the error several times on my son's account on the second Xbox. I had him switch profiles to my wife's account... and it connected right away on the second Xbox... so I strongly suspect the child account has something to do with it? At least in my instance.
When on the phone with the nice EA guy, he says he wasn't sure if it was a child account problem or a 2 playstations on the same network/ip. i then chatted with someone live online from ea and they stated it was most likely because it is a child account.
I understand that they are trying to keep children safe, but the fact that he can't even play FIFA is disheartening.
