Gotcha. Can you also try clearing out your Origin cache for me to see if that helps as well? For more info on how to clear the cache check out the EA Help website.

Let me know if it's still happening after that.

@EA_Kent I've cleaning cache like 4 or 5 times already. And re install 10+ times.... It wont work. ☹️

Setting / update and security / recovery / reset this PC / keep my files. That worked for me just had to reinstall origin and apex

@EA_Kent There must be a easier way to fix this issue then to reinstall every game on my comupter? Iv'e had this issue for several weeks now and still hasnt been fixed.

I know it's definitely not an ideal situation. Let's see if we can figure this out without having to go that far.

Did you have a chance to try clearing your Origin cache to see if that makes any difference for you at all?
