I am also having this problem on my account where I am written as ban since the 28 of October 2023 but I still don't understand why. I can access Apex on my PS4 but can't join a party or find a firing range lobby with a ping below 200ms. I already made a request to get unban but it got denied but the justifications are not really clear. I don't really know what's happening and was wondering if you could help.Thanks a lot.

When did you last log into the game, was that right before your post?
We've just recently corrected this for a number of players, so I just want to be sure you've had a chance to try logging in on PS4 again within the past 30 minutes or so. - @EA_Mako I can herewith confirm it works. I got my beloved PlayStation Account back. Thank you so much for looking into this and providing a fix.

Hi. I still am stuck in matchmaking. I was playing ranked on Sunday (03/12/23) came out of a match then tried to join another match with two others and I was held in matchmaking. I saw in another thread about joining a gun run game and thought I’d try that. I have been able to join 2 games after very long waits, but they were both on completely different servers where I had 300 ping, it was also pc servers. (I’m Xbox) and the players in there seemed to all have oriental gamertages. I have been playing since season 1 and have never experienced anything like this before. Hope you can help.

Try to restart your console, completely log out and log back in, when in Apex take a quick check in settings that Cross Progression is Enabled. They just fixed it 2 hours ago so it might take a few. If the problem still remains reach out to @EA_Mako again- @ChaosGoddess_xo Thank you for the quick reply and thanks for starting this thread. I’ll try to do all that tomorrow after work. Hello @EA_Mako , I have been struggling with a ban for a while now. I have disputed it and written out reasoning multiple times only to receive the same generic response. I too have received a ban on October 27th at 11:04pm. I was out of town, and I logged in with my ROG Ally and did not play a game. I have never cheated or used anything for an advantage. I have played since the beginning of Season 2 and have spent well over $1000 on the game, along with putting in countless hours. I have my Xbox and PS5 account linked to my EA account. I recently got cross-progression on the 29th of November and had no issues playing up until about 2 days ago. (Xbox and PlayStation accounts were the ones included in the merge) I would wait to connect to a match, and it would show "2 players in queue" or "5 players in queue." Something along those lines. After finally getting a game of gun run, 75% of the players' names were in Chinese/foreign language. The lag was horrible and almost unplayable. This happened just yesterday. I downloaded my data just now and have attached all the screenshots below of some helpful information. It says that I have been banned due to "competitive advantage" yet I have never used anything that would be reason to get banned. I have tried everything and reaching out to you seems to be my last resort. Thank you for your time.

Thank you for your answer. I logged first before writing this post and today after reading your answer and I still have the same problem.
I can't join any game and my firing range lobbies are still with more than 200ms.

Happy for you guys. Unfortunately it didnt solve the problem for me so fingers crossed that more ppl are effected and this topic gets hot again some day
