Hey @FuzeeB

Have you tried logging into Origin with any other email addresses to see if you might have a separate EA Account where you were playing Apex Legends before? I'm curious if the email on the account may have been changed at some point.

  • I have.  I've gone through all of my possible log-ins for any gaming account I've made, and haven't had any luck.  I ended up creating a new account under username Laedeth with my current email tied to the FuzeeB account, but no other emails were getting valid responses back when attempting to recover them when signing in.  I just tried unlinking my FuzeeB EA/Origin account from my steam Laedeth account, but it didn't seem to do anything, and the problem extends into the EA/Origin account as well.  My game library from the platform, and friends list there are also completely fresh, and say i made the account in 2022.

    I think it would be best to get in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. I'm afraid we don't have the tools to look into this here on Answers HQ.
