@6152c6f822d64841 Your progress is saved to your EA account. Its important to know that if you unlink another platform account from your EA account, it would lose access to your progress.

In regards to Cross-Progression, missing progress, and having different accounts, you would need to contact EA Support about the issue, (links provided below):

If you have the wrong platform accounts linked to your EA account, I would contact EA Support here.
You had also mentioned to me about being unable to unlink Steam from your EA account. Understand that unlinking your Steam account from your EA account can cause a loss of your game progress within Apex Legends and relinking might not resolve the issue. For help regarding the linking and unlinking of your Steam account, I would contact EA Support here.
