We have some basic and advanced troubleshooting steps on EA Help to help you with your connection. Try these steps first to see if they help you stay connected while you’re playing:

Our number one tip is to hardwire your console to your router. Hardwiring is the best way to have the most stable connection.

I recommend trying all of these steps to see if that solves the issue. Let me know if they helped! Thanks the helping, but I tried everything, I send to a screenshot.. This is the answer.
I can play Rainbow, Fortnite, Rocket League and no problem! Only here in EA..
Pls try to do something..

There doesn't appear to be any server issues on our end. If none of these steps worked, then I recommend contacting your internet service provider to see how they can best help you. They should have more steps for you to try. Thanks!
