Alrighty that's quite annoying.

Could you try these steps to try to fix the issue?

Make sure to run command prompt with administrator privileges.

First put in:

netsh winsock reset

Secondly:

sfc /scannow

If that doesn't work, make sure you've updated your windows to the latest version.

Next to that we're also encountering some issues with users that are using launch options on Steam/Origin clients.

It seems that crashes occur with those using the "+reticle_color "-255 255 1255" launch option, if you remove that one it could also prevent such crash from popping up.

Please do let me know if any of this helped, it's best to rule out the basics for now.

    Ive done both of the first things, oddly enough removing my reticle color worked... thank you
