I’m playing on PC. I’ve tried swapping to a different mouse to see if that’s the issue and it didn’t help.

I'm wondering if there might be something else running that's interfering with the inputs. If you haven't already, can you try setting up a Clean Boot on your PC to test and see if that makes any difference? That may help narrow down what might be causing this to happen.
