I did try to appeal in both cases of TOS and getting my account hacked but both got rejected and determined the problem as closed.

Is there a way for me to get in contact with somebody outside of the emails or attempt to appeal again without getting discarded?

So if i linked my main to my old banned acc would i be able to have all the stuff from my old acc onto my main and not be banned

Is there a way to transfer my data from an Ea account by linking my PlayStation account to another Ea account my account was hacked and banned even though I never used pc I’ve been a devoted PlayStation user and just moved to pc to see it’s been banned and it’s apparently permanent am I able to get this ban lifted or have the pc account completely wiped and erased to be able to use it again for cross progression from moving my PlayStation acc stuff to pc

Hello. So I know the cross progression will not unban the pc account. Nor will it ban my Xbox account. I want to bring my Xbox account to my pc. I know that because the PC account is banned. The items will not be merged. But will my Xbox items be brought over to PC even though the PC account is banned? 

I too want to know this.. I've been appealing my pc banned account for months.  I have my PS4 account which has alot of mone invested into it.  How ios this going to work? how can i play on my Ps4 account on PC when it merges? will my PS4 account merge into my pc account that is banned? i just want to play on my ps4 account on pc.. any help?

From what I understand, banned accounts will not be included in the merge.

This means that in this scenario:

* PC account (banned)

* Xbox account

No data will transfer from the PC account to the Xbox account, nor will any data from the Xbox account to the PC account.

If your PC account has been banned, it won't be involved in the Cross Progression merge at all. If you have a connected Xbox account on the same EA account, you'll be able to continue playing there or on other connected platforms, but no content would be brought over or available on PC as that PC account would remain banned.

This would also be the case in your situation. If your PS4 and PC accounts are connected to the same EA account and the PC account has been banned, you won't be able to suddenly play that PS4 content on PC. Cross Progression migration will not remove any bans from an account.

If you believe a ban was placed on your account incorrectly that can be appealed with our Terms of Service team using these steps, but if they've reviewed multiple appeals and declined to remove the ban, that will be final.

If you are banned on PC then you won't be able to play on PC.

Data won't transfer from and to the banned account, nor will you be able to access the game through your banned account.

This may be an easier way to think of it.

All your content is saved to the EA account, not a specific Xbox, PlayStation, Steam account, etc.

Your various platforms are then linked to this central EA account. Progress on the EA account cannot be copied or transferred to another EA account.

In the situation you're describing, if you have both a PSN and a PC account on the same EA account, but the PC account is banned, that content will not be merged. You'll also remain unable to play on PC using this EA account. 

Connecting an Xbox to this EA account would let you access that content on both PSN and Xbox accounts, but because it's still connected to this same EA account, you aren't able to link a new PC account.

Thank you for replying, now i do want to ask, it shows my linked steam account is banned, however, when i use the normal EA launcher to play Apex legends, it still lets me play on PC, i just cant play through steam, so will my cross progression work through the normal EA launcher on PC just not steam? or would i be able to unlink that steam account and link a new one? this is my last question 

Final thing, so when i found out about cross progression, i went to link a steam account to my EA account, this current EA account is not banned on steam, but i accidentally linked the banned steam account and i want to link my non banned steam account, this whole "one link per lifetime" is very restriciting and unforgiving for people, if i created a support ticket could i possibly get it unlinked so i can link my correct steam account? or will you guys just say no because you would like people to spend more money on seperate accounts in the long run 

Not even if the wrong account was linked? You guys dont believe in second chances? i was a kid when i got banned because i made a stupid choice and now that i have spent over 4k$ on your game on my xbox, you wont allow me to bring it to pc and spend even more on the same account Because the WRONG steam account was linked? THIS ea account that i am currently on has never recieved an account ban on any platform, ive had communication ban but not account ban, the steam account has been banned for a long time at this point, support and ea should be alittle more forgiving than forcing people into a LIFETIME link

Generally speaking, as you control the account information, it is your responsibility to make sure it's used in a manner that abides by our User Agreement, regardless of how long ago it was set up.

We wouldn't be able to make any changes to this decision here, but you're welcome to see if support has any other options for you.

is there any ways just to get rid of my banned pc account I have no idea what I even got banned for on it didn’t even play much on that account I have 150k kills on Xbox and now I can’t switch my Xbox account over to pc cause my pc account got banned for no reason I’ve tried to despite it before and ask why my pc was even banned for and I just get a automated response not even answering my question sucks because I love apex so much and now I can’t even move my Xbox account over to pc cause the pc account that I is linked with my Xbox account is banned for no apparent reason and I’m guessing it’s a permanent ban cause it’s been like that for so long .

would i be able to merge two XBOX accounts together? i have my account and my wifes account both on xbox, but im no longer going to be playing the game, so would i be able to merge mine with hers

Cool, I’m fine with that, too many hackers on PC anyways, keeping my skins on other platforms like the Switch sounds awesome, I’m kinda swagged out.
