realize Apex got ban after Cross Progression and they keep saying i am cheating

how to deal with EA ban if my PC account got banned with reason " cheating " but you actually only play on console before lol?

how can i cheat on console, this is unbelievable ...

i have tons of cosmetics and money / time spent on this account (imagine a 10000hrs play and multiple heirlooms, skins, s2 perm. dive trail etc.)

have been waiting for long for Cross Progression and it finally came to me,

currently my console APEX still able to play on console, but PC account got BAN and unable to play my console progress

tried dispute for multiple times keep getting Decline from EA side...

I am done... feeling frustrated and tired

maybe its time to have a better live ...

Farewell Legends...

  • Heya @kanoenn

Account issues such as bans and suspensions cannot be assisted with here on AHQ.

There isn't really anything that can be done if they've rejected your ban dispute, you could try to send in another ban dispute unless they've told you to stop submitting cases regarding the ban.

It's entirely possible that your account was compromised and that another player has been cheating on your account, which might explain why you got banned on cheating despite having played only on console so far.

  • I also received a ban for "cheating" despite not actively playing the game. One day, I decided to return, logged in intermittently, and possibly switched operating systems or played in rookie lobbies, leading to an unexpected ban. I attempted to contact EA, but received the same automated response repeatedly. It feels like a mockery. I provided extensive information, writing over a thousand words, only to get an automatic reply that didn't address any of my concerns.

I invested 3000 hours and a significant amount of money into the game. It appears that this issue has affected others as well. It's disheartening that some cheaters with a lack of investment in the game, even at level 30, seem to go unnoticed, while dedicated players like us face bans for what appears to be an anti-cheat error. I don't mind bans if they can be rectified later, but the automated responses are frustrating.

To clarify, I prefer a system where cheaters are banned, even if some need to be unbanned later due to errors. However, it's crucial to address these issues individually rather than relying on automated responses.

  • @XSheriko Since I am always trying to improve as a player I could even send a few replays where I did record my deaths and a minute prior to rewatch it and look out for things I could do better. I could even send the ones of my latest play session in.
  • @kanoenn Same exact thing happens to me. EA/Apex has the literal worst customer service and nonsensical banning policy.
