Really frustrating connection issue

I've recently wanted to play apex legends and every time I go back to lobby after a game I get disconnected with the error code leaf, I couldn't find anything on this online so I am not sure what it means, when I try and log back in I get an error that tells me my account can't be used for online play so i assumed I got banned or something but when I try and log back in a second later it's fine so I try and find another match and when I find one I get disconnected with the leaf error I try and log in and it says my account can't be used for online play try again and it's fine and then finally when I find a game I can continue to the game, this happens anytime I finish a game, every single time, also sometimes when I actually get into a game I get disconnected randomly with the same leaf error code but that's about a 20% chance of happening so I'm not that bothered by it, I'm on pc using steam to play and i am using a wired connection to my pc, my router in my room is connected to another router which is then connected to the street I'm not sure if that's causing issues but it might be, any help would be greatly appreciated, thankyou
