Recover accounts

Hello

i have a problem. Someone hacked my email address, which is linked to all my accounts, both EA and PlayStation. I'm trying to recover my Apex account, which is linked to this PlayStation account that I no longer have access to. Can EA unlink my account and allow me to recover it?

please help me i spend a lot of time and money on this accounts .
