I redeemed the code in the EA app. I’ve tried launching the game through both the EA app and Steam, but I still haven’t received the in-game items.

Avishaglevi Eneba is not a trusted retailer, (as such the code may be fake, had been used, or is disabled by EA).
I suggest requesting a refund from Eneba.
