Remove my banned please

My account was hacked in june 22th.I contacted EA service in june 29th to reset my account.The servicer who help me said I would get remove the banned sooner or later once I reporte a case.But no answer.

Hey Dark-141Logo,

Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. If you've reached out to our terms of service team, you'll need to wait for them to respond to you, which can unfortunately take a few days. I saw that you resumed your case in your screenshot; I'd recommend not doing that in the future, as that will pull it out of the queue and it'll take longer for them to see it.
