Request for Account Unban due to Offensive Language

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing to express my sincere apologies for my previous actions that resulted in my account being banned. I am deeply regretful for my use of offensive language, and I fully understand that it was both inappropriate and unacceptable within the gaming community. I acknowledge that my behavior was disrespectful and went against the principles of fair play and sportsmanship.

I understand that EA has strict policies regarding offensive language, and I want to assure you that this incident was an isolated occurrence. I deeply regret my actions and have learned a valuable lesson from this experience. I now recognize the importance of maintaining a respectful and positive environment while engaging in online gaming.

If my account is unbanned, I will adhere strictly to EA's policies and guidelines, ensuring that I promote a friendly and inclusive gaming experience for all players. I will actively discourage and report any instances of offensive behavior or language that I encounter while playing.

Once again, I sincerely apologize for my offensive language and any harm it may have caused. I kindly request your understanding and reconsideration of my ban. I am genuinely remorseful for my actions and hope for an opportunity to demonstrate that I have learned from this mistake.

Thank you for taking the time to review my appeal. I appreciate your attention and consideration.

Yours sincerely,
Luca

  • Hello @ImViolation11

First off, let me start by saying welcome to EA’s “Answer HQ”. AHQ is a community-based support platform. It's a new approach to our community experience and a fun way of helping other players or getting answers (from players & experts).

Unfortunately, we can not help here in the Answer HQ forum, because we are only forum members like You. It is necessary that you dispute the Ban at EA TOS team:

    Hey @ImViolation11,

While the apology is appreciated, as mentioned above we are unable to address bans or suspensions on the forums.

If you're looking to appeal, please be sure to follow the link @Mikimuster3 provided to create a new case for our Terms of Service team to review.

To be clear, a post here does not function as an appeal, and we cannot review or change any account actions.

Our Terms of Service team will reach back out to you via email once their investigation is complete, so please keep an eye out for that once you've created an appeal.

    Hi @ImViolation11,

Your first image shows that case status is still in progress, which means our ToS team has not completed their investigation. There's nothing to resume at this time as it's still with the team for review.

At that point you'll just need to wait for a reply from the team. You would be able to resume the case once it's received a response if you need to follow up after that appeal is complete.

Thanks for the patience while they're getting to your case!
