Request for Manual Review – Apex Legends Ban / Compromised Account

Hello EA Terms of Service Team, I respectfully request a manual review of my Apex Legends ban. My account was compromised before the ban. I reported the compromise to EA Support under Case #25058740...

Hey brehdanny,

Just to clarify, all reviews our Terms of Service team performs are manual reviews. They do not automate their reviews, though you may receive standardized or template responses to ensure they're providing consistent information to those in similar situations.

Additionally, there is a maximum number of times they'll be able to review the same situation while hoping for a different outcome. If you're no longer able to create appeals, that would mean the account has reached that limit and the action will be final. At that point there are no other avenues to have this looked into further, sorry.

So Im just banned for my account being compromised and literally all the advisors have the proof and I have proof and yet Im just permanently banned? That’s insane my account has existed since the game came out.
