Request for Refund – Accidental Mythic Store Purchase (Emerald Edge)
Hi EA Support,
I’m reaching out regarding an accidental purchase I made in the Apex Legends Mythic Store. I intended to purchase the Serpent’s Sting variant of Bangalore’s heirloom, but I mistakenly selected Emerald Edge instead. I didn’t realize that each variant is treated as a separate mythic item and that I wouldn’t be able to switch between them after purchase.
This was an honest mistake, and I would really appreciate it if you could help reverse the transaction or allow me to exchange Emerald Edge for Serpent’s Sting. I haven’t used the heirloom in matches yet, and I’m still within the 14-day window. I haven't used it once, and never used this store before!
