I had recently logged onto my account and my skins and characters have been reseted. PLEASE FIX THIX

rjonmobile Are you signing into the correct EA Account, (or platform account that is linked to the correct EA Account)?
Note: If you had unlinked a platform account from your EA Account, that can cause a loss of your Apex progress and data since that is stored on the EA Account.
