restoring

Hi dear 

in the beginning im played Apex on PSN from long time with another EA games 

after that i change the platform to PC (steam ,,,) 

when i want to link my PSN acc to PC i got this MSG :

Your accounts can’t be linked because your PlayStation® Network account xlolz_z already linked to your EA Account for bb*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one PlayStation® Network account in its lifetime.

after trying to restart my password i got this MSG again and again 

There's been an error

Your EA credentials may have expired, please try again or reset your password.

 

then i started chat  with support to fix those issues , they said to me to do restoring , to link and play again.

now i lost everything on PSN and PC 

(level . progress , hrolom , skins ...)

    Hi @lolzz 

    To confirm did you unlink your PSN account from the EA account it was tied to, in order to link it to the one tied to your Steam account?

    hi illium 

    my acc on PSN it was linked with my EA acc and with same Email

    until EA support unlink and linked again to refresh that issue

    Hi @lolzz 

    I would recommend reaching out to our support to take a further look at your account. 

    To confirm if your PSN is still tied to the original EA account it was connected to you should have your items and progress. 

    If you are not seeing your items and progress this would mean it is connected to a different EA account.

    thank you for helping me 

    nothing changed until now, its EA mistakes 

    for now ill not play or buy any EA games ☹️ 

    thx again
