Update for anyone who cares:

Got curious, redownloaded Apex, and signed into both accounts to find that they had both been unbanned. No notifications though, but at least I get to play now. Feels a little bad that they didn't say anything at all to me. Just unbanned me from the shadows, but again at least I get to play after 4 months of being banned.
