season 28 split 2 battlepass rewards missing

I purchased the Season 28 Stage 2 Deluxe Battle Pass on May 5 in Apex Legends, but the character skin included in the pass has not been delivered. I received Coins, weapon skins, and bonus Battle Pass levels normally, but the specific skin is still missing.

The new season has already started, and I even played a match after purchasing before the season ended, but the skin never arrived. I have checked my account and inventory multiple times.

My Steam account uses the same email, and I usually play through Steam. I have never encountered any missing Battle Pass rewards in previous seasons.

I contacted support and was only given a link and asked to continue the discussion there, but the issue is still unresolved and I am unsure if the skin will be granted.

As a player who started in Season 11, I’m honestly a bit disappointed.
