Season 29: 1-2 Second Freeze on Kill/Win Events Only on EA App

This is a widespread problem. I have it too, and I've seen many people complain about it.

im having same issue i play from the EA app, my game completely freezes for a good 5 seconds and then when it unfreezes im knocked......

Are you able to use the EA Error Reporter in the EA app to grab us a Report ID if you're still seeing this on a consistent basis?

Getting the same freezing error, but on the Steam app. AMD GPU.

I have
Ryzen 9 7950x and 4080s 32gb ddr5 RAM,runninig the game on EA.
some says if you play it on steam you dont get this problem but personally i can't since i have another acoount linked on my steam account so i hope for a quick fix ,i mean it dosent matters if you have a powerhouse PC if there is a software probleme.

After the latest Apex Legends update, I started experiencing serious freezing/stuttering issues during gameplay in every single game!!

The game freezes for around 1–3 seconds in specific situations:

- Immediately after I get a kill
- Sometimes while I am aiming down sights and shooting/moving during a fight
- After winning a match, when the Champion/win sequence appears

The game can run normally, but the freeze happens exactly when a kill, fight event, or win event occurs. During the freeze, the game becomes completely unresponsive for a moment, which can easily get me killed by another squad.

The issue started only after the recent update. Before that, the game was running normally (as normal apex can run).

I have already tried clearing EA App cache, deleting EA temporary/cache folders, clearing shader cache, restarting the PC, and checking game files, but the problem still happens.
