Legit this was no help,no one at EA ever helps out with anything and I’ve been waiting for an hour trying to chat with an agent

I’m having the same error code on ps5 please help!

I’m 98% sure that this error (that I’m also having) is due to EA ACCOUNT NAME CHANGE as the original usernames are probably the only data they record on API level that’s so basic (Nintendo switch software is basic compared to ps5). They did warn us before the name change that changing name may cause such issues so 

Just tried to log in to apex and I had to reset my password, once I did I got error code 102122. Can anyone help me out?

 I have restarted the game. Restarted my Xbox. Neither of these things worked. I am about to uninstall and reinstall…maybe 

Bro I literally have the same problem. I have my steam account (linked to the EA Account that I initially played on) and now downloaded apex on my PS4 and I cant even get into the game as I consistently have the Error Code 102122. Does anyone know what to do? 

I just want to somehow get into the game so that I can connect my already used acc (played over 200 h so wanna use that one)

This is an older thread related to account issues. The error message indicating the "@disabled" account domain means that the profile is linked to a disabled EA account.
