Hi all, when exactly did you try to make this purchase? Do you still see Pathfinder's Angel City Pacer skin on the store page? Do you have the option for the Valentine's skins?
My guess is that your local store page didn't update when the skin rotated out, or the option to buy directly wasn't correctly removed from the skin page.
As well as the info above, can I check your region, and if everyone affected by this is on PC?
I do not remember exactly when I first tried but it has been many days.
I tried to purchase it directly on the legend.
I guess this means we will not be able to get this skin anymore as it has been rotated out? Only bought this Apex coins as the game told me to buy Apex coins if I want to unlock this skin for Pathfinder. I been in contact with support four times and I was never told that the skin has been rotated out, they said that I just need to wait for it to be resolved and after that I would get this skin. That the game studio was aware and working on a fix.
I had all the contact with support sent to my email if you want to see for yourself.

Hi, thanks for getting back so quickly. There's no need for the ticket info, I can check that on my end.
I suspect this is rotated out for now and the direct purchase *should* have been removed from the Armory, but I want to look into it before i can confirm.Thank you again for the info provided.

I can personally attest (with pictures!) that none of the items showcased in the store page have rotated out, and are bugged.
Angel city pacer was the first skin available in the shop.
Then, Hazard Pay for the lifeline a day later.
And most recently, the crimson firedrake for the scout.
Attempting to buy any of them gives this error.
I've asked my group of friends to check if they have the purchase option, and each do as well.
So, what's the deal. I, and a few others from this thread, bought apex coins specifically to buy this skin because of an issue that isn't on our end. There isn't really anything else I particularly wanted to spend the coins on, so is it possible to either remove 1800 AC and credit the skin, or give me a refund?

I am from Nova Scotia Canada. When I click on Legend and go to the Legendary skin it says Purchase for 1800 Apex Coins. The valentines day banner is 1100 Apex Coins. This was not through the actual store at all. The simple and only reason I bought the coins is because I know it is humanly impossible to ever get 12000 crafting materials. Impossible. So if I wanted a legendary skin I might as well pay real money since the game was free.. and all aside from the CONSTANT annoying crashes the game is incredible. I have seen someone with the skin at level 4 which PROVES to me you could buy it...

As of right now (regular checking in between games), the purchase option for the aforementioned items has been disabled.
But is there an update on help for those of us who bought currency to get this skin?
- 7 years agoThey are now aware of it so they probably just remove the possibility to buy it this way and consider it case closed. People affected by this is probably not their priority especially as they just sold some extra Apex coins that we would not have purchased otherwise.
Sad that I have this view of them but can't help it because of my experiences with them in recent years.
I would be extremely surprised if they actually did help us out to get this skin.

It's confirmed to be a bug and we will not be allowed a refund.
From support:
"Ashish: Sadly there is no manual option to get the points refunded as this is an in game currency and can sadly not be refunded."
"Ashish: Well the refund is not possible by any means. Simple as that."
