Server issues causing Lost rp and getting abandon penalty

I have had multible games where the game freezes for both me and my random teammates for a few minutes until I get booted from the game. Then when I log back in, I get a abandon penalty and lose entry cost rp. 
i have lost 312 rp off to instansens and its really annoying and unfair. This needs to be fixed
