Im in Australia and the servers seem to be getting worse and worsein this game. Sometimes the game just stops and its a error after everyone freezes. Sometimes its really slow movement and feels like your running in slow motion. I would have thought they have had plenty of time to get the servers right by now in this game so whats the problem ?
Is this happening to anyone else, or maybe Australasia doesnt have servers for this game ?
Community ManagerThe team is aware of datacenter mismatching. Are you 100% sure it's connecting you to a datacenter in your region?
@EA_Blueberry no im not sure, how do i tell ? Is there a region setting in the game somewhere to connect to Australasian servers ?
Community ManagerIf you wait a few minutes before connecting to the servers (which will throw you in the lobby) there will be an option to select your datacenter. If you time out from the lobby screen it should appear too.
@EA_Blueberry no its definitely the servers. I did change it like you said but makes no difference.
Even when the game starts fine for no reason at all everyone freezes and the server times out and it returns us to the main menu.
This can happen after 5 or 10 mins of playing.
I really hope they fix the servers up for season 2 battle pass because if they arent good now, whats it going to be like when the servers are flooded.
Not sure if its just the Aussie servers, if so can you please upgrade them or change them, they are terrible compared to Fortnites servers.
