Yes, to flush the DNS Cache seems to work. For now.
I will further test it to see if it's consistent.
I have suggested a few other people to try it. So I'm curious to see if my fix works for others.

If where are the 200 range every game throughout each match we can try going through the follow:
@EA_Illium Like I said, it is spot on 200, stable 200 ping. Every 10th match or so. My fps is not affected.

It's not a 200 ping server that causes it. Like I said, we get it in turns. So one friend have 200 Ping, while we don't and vise versa. If it was the server, we would all have it at the same time, as we all live within a 15-50 km range of each other. And it's not the ISP either, we all use different ones.
But I might have found a fix for it, I haven't had the ping issue ever since I did this:
Open your CMD prompt, and type in ipconfig /flushdns and hit enter. This will clear your DNS cache files.
Let me know if this fixes the issue for you guys.
