server timeout
Every time I launch the game I get this error: Connection to server time out.

I have an amd fx 6300 as well and its an issue for me, have tried the laundry list of networking fixes and nothing seems to make a difference.
I noticed that this occurs only when the game has visible microstutters. I managed to play a few games without stuttering and it was all right, then one game it began to stutter and eventually crashed.
I got fx 6300 too
