Sever issues

It's like i play games with no lag then, the next game i have nothing but choke and the 2 box's and the red ribbon on my screen the next game and it happens alot and I check to see if it's my internet or something and it's not and i was hoping it could get looked at or see way to fix it something cause it's unplayable for me when that starts happening
