Severe Apex-only packet loss and match synchronization issues on PC

Apex Battle Royale repeatedly shows 40–80% packet loss, delayed HUD loading, and match phases loading out of order. Other games work normally. I tested Wi-Fi and Ethernet, restarted my router and PC, updated LAN/chipset drivers, disabled VPNs/ZeroTier and overlays, verified files, and tested multiple data centers. Continuous pings to my router and 1.1.1.1 showed 0% loss during Apex gameplay. Cloudflare WARP made it worse. This appears isolated to Apex match servers or routing.
