Hey my gamer tag on apex is s0cia1_anxi8tyTV and I really enjoy the game but there is one bro Len I think me and my friend have gotten shadow banned every time we play together it’s hackers and ores ...

@HairyLozenge the links in @EA_Illium 's post work fine for me.

The EA staff who work on AHQ cannot help you with account-related issues, such as bans.

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

Yeah, sorry, I haven't been banned, but wondered if I've been relegated to a cheaters lobby. when I go to the page:

and click on the Contact us page

I get "Page not Found".... maybe because I have not "officially" been banned.... maybe I'll wait until there's a chat so I can talk to someone live.
