I have fixed the bug by installing Apex on another SSD, maybe this might help other people with the same problem.

I've run through every step in the process, unfortunately the problem persists. I've also tried changing the resolution and resetting the driver settings in the NVIDIA "App" but it isn't working.

NoVaX-AcE Then it might just be an issue with your specific Nvidia GPU that Respawn would have to sort out as I've also seen other issues involving certain Nvidia GPUs after the last update as well, (with some possible fixes).
