Since the last update, I cannot play any game, lag, freeze

Since the last update, I have not been able to play any mode. I can enter any mode, but lag, freeze and all the red icons on the right appear. It's been like that ever since the last update. I already repaired my installation, with the same result and before asking about my internet, I have 1 GB download and 500mb upload. checked my internet as well. all good.
