sorry for my bad English
You're on the right track. Some of the VC++ were uninstalled incorrectly and therefor unable to be uninstalled (bad registry entries made them irreparable and irremovable). Here's what it took to get me running.
Fixes:
- Close Origin
- Delete your Apex folder (if origin believes there's a version of VC++ available locally, it will not be downloaded/installed/upgraded. Clearing it allows you to re-download their version and begin the installation process. (I believe this is in "C:\Program Files(x86)\Origin\Apex" by default)
- Attempt to uninstall VC++ all versions for safe-keeping (both x86 and x64 should be removed).
- I the uninstall fails:
- Attempt to run RegMaid (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=31238)
- Restart
- Attempt to uninstall the failed version again
- If the uninstall fails again
- Utilize Microsoft's Help Uninstall Utility (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-installed-or-removed)
- Restart
- Start the Apex Download/Install over
- LAST if 6 is not working and you're failing to get the correct VC++ installed, you can download them from Microsoft (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads)

Thank u, It worked for me 🙂. After I unistalled all VCC++ I installed all VCC++ downloaded in the Apex Installer Folder, then I deleted the folder and restart my pc, I opened Origin and It started to download without any problem
