Someone bought an heirloom with my shards when I was away, want refund
Someone bought the wrong heirloom on my account when I was away. I didn’t want to spend them until I was back and he had boughten one I didn’t want. I would like a refund on my shards to buy the one I wanted

We are not able to return your items or reverse the action.
I'd recommend putting a password on your device.
