Sorry. We have encountered a technical problem. Please try again later

I cannot log in even if I enter my email address and password on the ORIGIN login screen.

"Sorry. We have encountered a technical problem. Please try again later."

How can I log in? I tried resetting the password.

    Ah, I see. Thanks for letting me know!

    It sounds like this could actually be an account-related issue if it's only happening when you try logging in with your email address. When you have a chance I would recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look. If there is an account issue they should be able to see it. 

    For more details on how to create a case with them check out the EA Help website. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.

    Hi @OKARINNo001_JP, 

    What happens if you try logging into your EA Account on the Origin website? Do you see the same error message, or does it allow you to sign in there?

    Thank you!

    It sounds like something might be blocking Origin from connecting to the login servers. Have you checked to make sure there is an exception for Origin in the security software on your PC?

    I see, thanks for checking. 

    Can you try setting up your PC to start in a Clean Boot to see if that helps? If there is something else running on the PC that may be blocking the game from launching, that could help to get around it.

    I tried to start with a clean boot, but couldn't log in.

    I tried to log in by entering my email address, but I was able to log in when I entered my ID.

    I’m going to play with this for the time being
