Spotlight pass Bug

I have recently purchased wraiths spotlight pass, after doing so I am not able to access my passes tab on Apex Legends from the account where I made the purchase. I switched to another account on the same pc and I am able to access the passes tab. I re-installed the game, cleared cache and saved data, even tried from EA instead of Steam but nothing is working. Can someone help or direct me to someone that can fix this issue please.
