I'm having the same issue. The pack doesn't appear as additional content.

I am also having the same issue.
Is there any estimate time for this issue to be solved. I don't feel comfortable paying for items and then randomly losing said items....

Is there any word on an update? I'm having this issue as well.
So, when will this be fixed? I refrained from buying new cosmetics since i can apparently lose access to them at any given moment....

I pretty sure this problem is at the bottom of the list of things to fix which sucks.
Replying to this thread just to make it clear that this is still an issue! 70$ spent between the starter and founder packs and I still can’t access any of those said cosmetics on ps5. Things that I already paid for and that were attached to my account. Please Respawn, get to this when you can. Thanks.
