Steam - Apex Coin purchase

Hello, I can't buy coins through steam.
I have in wallet 20€ and the purchase is 19.99€
I click "Authorize" and nothing happens. Even in smaller amount like 5, 10€                                                        Not even failed purchase, just nothing. Money is still in wallet, and in purchse history on steam is nothing. Do somebody know what is going on please?
