Steam account hacked, EA account banned

My steam account was hacked, have screenshots of login history from different country. Hacker changed name, played different games. Mainly played apex legends,,, soon after my EA account was perma banned. Have submitted tickets, still nothing. I have proof of logins from different countries , i live in oslo (norway) and logins are from amsterdam? Again, my steam account was hacked, then used to play apex, then EA account banned on apex. My account has been used since season 5, have spent 2.5k + usd on this account. so pissed man. If i can find proof i was hacked on my steam account in 10 mins of looking, cant you see that my apex account was played on from different locations, or IP adress? i just dont understand how this is not easy to see.

If you believe you have been hacked take appropriate measures to secure your account and associated E-mail account https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/secure-hacked-ea-account/
Once you have done that then you can should reach out to the Terms of Service team https://help.ea.com/za/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

I have tried to go through TOS. I want them to actually look at what im saying. I get an email back in 2 hours saying rejected. They dont even check for other IP's playing. If they did, they would not keep me banned. I want EA to actually aknowledge that i have asked them to look for different countries playing on my account, and i want them to tell me that they see the different IP playing. I have submitted many tickets in tos. Again, im submitting this screenshot.

Account security is the responsibility of the account owner, any behaviour on the account can be actioned.
You can try submitting a new report to the TOS team if you feel like it wasn't investigated properly, try to give as much detail as possible.
Alternatively you could try contacting them via twitter: https://twitter.com/EAHelp (Though they'll most likely redirect you to the site)
Though don't send any tickets about the issue if they tell you not to send any further tickets on the matter.

Is that a joke? Anyone can be hacked.... Is it really EA's policy to blame a victim of hacking for the actions of a hacker?
