Still falsely banned
It's been about 2 weeks or so since I've been falsely banned for "Gameplay Enhancements" and every single appeal that I've sent in has been denied. I've even sent clips to show that I wasn't cheating in the first place. EA won't even tell me what the "gameplay enhancement" was or give me the match ID that I was "cheating" in. This is completely unfair and undeserved....
I've been playing this game since the very start and have never encountered this problem till now. I've spent all my time playing this game on console till I got a PC. I had just redownload Apex after a long time of not playing. At the very end of season 27 I started to get into the game again.. I have clips of me doing nothing but just playing with my friends having a good time on apex... I've poured nothing but time and money into this game just to be falsely accused and hit with a ban..
If anyone knows an EA dev I can get in touch please let me know.
