Still no heirloom shards

I have 100% opened more than 500 packs and I still have never got heirloom shards. I’ve tried making cases to EA Support but they just get stuck on the “waiting for player” part and then upon clicking “resume case” I can’t even update any information, just sends me straight to FAQ’s.
