Strange account merge issue
I am having an extremely bizarre issue with cross progression, near the start of 2024 I unlinked my Xbox account to a new one attempting to link it to my steam account, but what is really odd is that my badges, stats, and level transferred but not my cosmetics and 2 heirlooms. I will show screenshots, but another odd thing is that in the legend locker when hovering over a legend, my last used skin on Xbox is showed, but when I actually see the legend's skins the skin is nowhere to be found. The game calls the skin "Random Favorite"
Now after I waited for the cooldown to unlink and relink my Xbox's EA account back to its original, not only are my skins gone but so is everything. Not only that but the second account still has all of the badges even after the Xbox link was removed.
I just want to know what I can do to get my progress back; I have been playing this game since launch and I have sunk so much time and money into this account.

Any time you unlink a platform from your EA account, there's a chance your progress will be permanently lost. It is not possible to transfer progress between separate EA accounts.
In some cases re-linking the original accounts can restore access to the missing progress. However, if you've already done this recovering access to that progress, it would unfortunately be lost permanently.
I'm afraid we aren't able to restore any progress lost due to unlinking if it's not recovered upon re-linking the original accounts.
