No, we cannot change the NAT type, its controlled by the ISP, we can try contacting them, but I doubt they can do anything about it. But thank you for your input.
Such things like NAT should be on ISP control. I'm not sure what else I can do but I'll ask around.
You have to contact your ISP. Don't forget to tell us about results.
