For the last 6 hours I haven't been able to match in any mode whatsoever. Players in queue between 1-6 only. Worked all perfectly this morning. Ran the following troubleshoots to no avail:>restart consol (clearing cache)>opted alternative data centre>called EA technical - said wait an hour.. its been 4.>uninstall and reinstalled Apex>rebooted modem just incase (although high mbps)>ran ps default settings to factory.None of the above have solved the issue.Fyi;- not using crossplay. PS only.-consol ps4.None of the above have solved the issue.I seem to have somehow deleted my club too (another issue yet less pressing) - mentioning incase I've been hacked..Please help!

Hi there, @yohinny Thanks for reaching out about this. I'll try to help. It would be good to make sure your equipment was properly power cycled. To do that, follow these steps - unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Hello and thanks for coming back to me.I did try this earlier, happy to do so again. However I know its not an Internet issue since COD II is working on multiplayer and its matching up with no lag or other. Plus my speeds are high with fibre broadband. Any other advise would be gratefully appreciated 🙏

@EA_Aljo reset modem fully as suggested. Still not matching up. Did get a connection time out error when trying again, which your trouble shooting options via 'unable-to-connect' guide repeats the steps I've tried all day.Maybe my account needs looking into by your technical team?

@yohinny The best I can do is troubleshoot your connection. If you're getting a message about not being able to connect, it's most likely internet related. I'd suggest checking with your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues. If you'd like to go through some connection troubleshooting, let me know. Otherwise, it would be good to contact an advisor regarding potentially being hacked. Thanks!

Stuck in Matchmaking- Cannot get into ANY mode

For the last 6 hours I haven't been able to match in any mode whatsoever. Players in queue between 1-6 only. Worked all perfectly this morning.

As a test, try connecting your console to a mobile hotspot. Let me know if you're able to join matches or not. Thank you.

@dogiojoe I seem to have tried a few things and think I've solved it.. some of my settings have been changed or reset without me doing anything. However check in Apex settings:
>Crossplay - make sure it's on.
